Perfect ratios for a champagne cocktail DIY kit. We'll kick up the ABV with a little extra spirit, add some flavored liqueurs and top with champagne. The perfect cocktail for any celebration.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz base spirit. I used whiskey but gin or vodka would also work.
  • ½ oz peach liqueur or other from your kit
  • ½ oz ginger liqueur or other from your kit
  • 4-6 oz chilled Brut or extra Brut Champagne or your favorite bubbles
  • Garnish: dried fruit fresh fruit

Instructions
 

  • Combine base spirit and two liqueurs in chilled champagne flute. Give a quick stir, top with bubbles and garnish. Cheers!
