Get your fig on with this easy-going, simple, and delicious fall variation on the highball. Amaro subs in for whiskey as the base, creating a lower ABV cocktail that’s sweet with hints of bitterness and spice from the amaro and the allspice dram.
Build the cocktail in a glass by adding syrup, amaro, lemon juice and allspice dram to a Collins glass. If you want to up the fig factor, muddle a fresh fig in the bottom of the glass with the amaro before adding the rest of the ingredients.
