With just three ingredients an Aperol Bourbon Manhattan (aka Little Italy cocktail) is a fabulously easy mixed drink recipe for summer!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • ½ oz Montenegro amaro
  • Garnish: cherries

Instructions
 

  • Combine bourbon, Aperol and amaro in a mixing glass and fill with ice.
    Stir for 30 seconds or until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with cherries.
