For New Year’s Drinks I love honoring the tradition of Champagne, but always want to add a little extra flavor in there for guests who love a great flavor combination. This cocktail has only three ingredients, all of which are easy to find: raspberry liqueur, crème de cacao (or other non-creamy chocolate liqueur), and dry Champagne. To make this one a mocktail, add ½ tsp chocolate extract with 1 oz of raspberry syrup and top with sparkling cider.
