Prepare for this over-the-top donut cocktail inspired by pecan sticky buns. Luscious pecan, sweet cinnamon roll flavoring and of course our base spirit bourbon play nicely in the cocktail. And that garnish, donut holes topped with cream cheese icing and candied pecans? Well, you can just make extra because you're going to want a few of those to nibble on while you drink the cocktail.
½ozMonin’s cinnamon roll syrup(or vanilla-cinnamon simple)
½ozRivulet pecan liqueur
½ozcaramel liqueur(I used Stroopwaffel caramel. Use non-creamy)
3dashes black walnut bitters
Garnish: donut holes frosted with cream cheese icing and candied pecans(see below for cream cheese icing recipe)
Instructions
Combine bourbon, pecan liqueur, caramel liqueur, syrup and bitters in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until well-combined and very cold. Strain into a coupe glass with donut glaze and donut holes frosted with cream cheese icing and candied pecans. Prepare for the sugar rush.

Cinnamon Roll Frosting2 oz cream cheese, softened2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened1/2 c powdered sugar1 tsp bourbonpinch of salt1 oz milk/cream to consistencyMix together butter and cream cheese until smooth, add bourbon, pinch of salt and slowly add in the powdered sugar beating well until smooth. Add in milk or cream as needed to get the consistency you want for your icing.
