Enjoy all the best flavors of summer with this Watermelon Whiskey Sipper - it’s an easy combination of bourbon, lemon, lime, watermelon syrup, and peach bitters. Simply shake it up over ice, strain into a fancy coupe, and garnish with a spear of fresh pineapple (or a lime wheel)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz watermelon syrup**
  • 3 dashes peach bitters

Instructions
 

  • Combine bourbon, lemon, lime, watermelon syrup, and peach bitters in a shaking tin.
  • Fill with ice and shake for 10-12 seconds or until the shaker is frosty cold.
  • Strain into a chilled rocks glass and garnish with a fresh watermelon spear or lime wheel.
