Irish Manhattan - Unseelie Tipple
An Irish take on a Manhattan with black raspberry, chocolate and slight coffee flavors mellowed out into a supremely sippable, elegant cocktail. Serve in a coupe or martini glass and garnish with a fresh raspberry to step up the garnish game.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Sexton Irish Whiskey
- 1/2 oz Chambord black raspberry liqueur
- 1/2 oz Averna Amaro
- 8 drops Crude "Big Bear" cocoa and coffee bitters
- Garnish: fresh raspberry or Luxardo cherry
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except the garnish to a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Slainte!
