Depart from the usual Brandy Alexander with this Caramel Turtle Alexander riff. With Ballotin Caramel Turtle Chocolate Whiskey, amaro and horchata liqueur, it’s a tasty and balanced dessert cocktail. Rather than chocolate as the primary flavor, we have caramel, pecan and chocolate flavors blended with cinnamon and baking spices in the hortchata cream. It’s an easy tipple to make and sip on.
Garnish: Cinnamon stickdash of nutmeg, turtle candy
Instructions
Combine whiskey, rum cream, amaro and bitters in a shaker with ice. Shake briefly, just to chill, and strain into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Combine ingredients in a glass container and shake to combine. Chill at least 4 hours in the fridge, but best overnight. Serve in a chilled, garnished glass straight from the fridge.
