Ingredients
  

  • 1 to 1 ½ oz 100 proof or higher bourbon
  • 2-3 rounded tablespoons of sorbet (Mom’s favorite flavor.
  • Champagne or sparkling wine to top.
  • Garnish: edible flower

Instructions
 

  • Add sorbet to champagne flutes. Add the bourbon and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with an edible flower or a lemon twist.
