Smoke up your classic Negroni with this easy riff that swaps out mezcal for the gin base-spirit.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Illegal Mezcal
  • 1 oz red vermouth
  • 1 oz Campari
  • Garnish: lemon peel strip, lime peel strip

Instructions
 

  • Add mezcal, vermouth, and Campari to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir vigorously. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with lemon and lime peels.
