Strawberry Gin Jam Cocktail

Make your next gin cocktail with a spoonful of strawberry preserves for the perfect easy take on a cocktail at home. For this Strawberry Gin Jam Cocktail you can avoid making strawberry syrup, and use up some of the fresh citrus that’s in season right now. I loved this combination with gin, but it would work with rum or whiskey, too.

  • 1.5 oz gin
  • 1.5 tablespoons strawberry jam or preserves

  • 1 oz grapefruit juice fresh
  • oz hibiscus syrup
  • Garnish: dehydrated grapefruit garnish with jalapeno sugar sage leaf

Instructions

  • Combine jam, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, hibiscus syrup, Campari and gin in a cocktail shaker and add ice. Shake 10-12 seconds and double strain into a nick and nora glass or a coupe.
