Rum tiki old fashioned with pineapple garnish

Rum Tiki Old Fashioned

Picture of Heather Wibbels, Cocktail Contessa, pouring a cocktailHeather Wibbels
While away the afternoon with your head in the tropics with a simple tweak on the rum old fashioned. Adding a bit of spiced syrup, some coconut rum and tiki-esque bitters to the mix gives you a drink that tastes a little Tiki, but still holds true to the form of an old fashioned.
