Americanize your favorite spritz with a bit of bourbon, Campari and seltzer with just a little extra Foro amaro on top in this Bitter Bourbon Spritz. Served over ice and sipped slowly, the cocktail’s dilution transforms it as you sip turning the bitter amarii into sweet notes that play along with the vanilla and caramel notes of a bottled in bond bourbon.
Combine bourbon and Campari in the bottom of a wine glass, stir briefly, fill with ice, top with soda and gently layer the Foro amaro on top. Garnish with an orange peel and a mint sprig.
